How to Use:
Hot usage:
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to 200ml of hot water or milk as preferred.
Cold Usage:
Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons with 40ml hot water and then add cold milk, ice cream or ice cubes to taste.
For some spice add some cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon or chilli powder
For the adults:
To wake up, replace some milk with regular brewed coffee
To feel sleepy, add a shot of whiskey or Kahlua
