1. Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3-7 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- We offer courier service via Courier Guy.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and package weight/dimensions.
- Free shipping is available on orders over R 599.
3. Delivery Times:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. They are provided by the shipping carrier and subject to delays.
- Domestic: Standard: 3-7 business days, Expedited: 1-3 business days.
- International: We currently do not ship internationally but please get in contact with us via email in order for us to discuss and make the necessary arrangements depending on location and customs processing.
4. International Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's regulations.
5. Shipping Issues:

Damaged or Lost Packages:Herbiza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, according to Terms.

Delayed Orders:We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been shipped. Factors like high order volumes or inclement weather can cause delays.
