All of our products are proudly made in South Africa using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients wherever possible.

Are Herbiza's products cruelty free?

Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

What is a latte?

A latte is made of steamed milk, and a thin layer of milk foam. The powder provides the base and flavour, the steamed milk adds creaminess and texture, and the foam enhances the presentation and taste.

What is the difference between chai tea and chai latte?

A chai tea latte is a beverage that combines black tea infused with spices and steamed milk, often topped with foam whereas a chai latte does not include the black tea.

How do I prepare Herbiza's instant lattes?

Simply add 2–3 teaspoons of the instant latte powder to hot water or your choice of milk, stir well, and enjoy. Adjust to taste.

Are Herbiza's lattes sugar free?

We offer both sweetened and sugar free options. Please check the product label or description for specific details.

Can I drink Herbiza's lattes cold?

Absolutely! Our instant lattes can be enjoyed iced, just dissolve the powder in a small amount of hot water first, then top with cold water or milk and ice.

Does Herbiza's lattes come in a teabag?

No, our lattes comes in a powder form, in a tub.

Does Rooibos contain caffeine?

Rooibos is naturally caffeine free because the plant itself contains no caffeine.

How do I prepare Rooibos?

Rooibos can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Hot:
Add 1 teabag or 1 heaped teaspoon instant Rooibos for every 250ml boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Allow infusion for 2-3 minutes or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar, or slice of lemon. Rooibos can also be prepared in a microwave oven. For a single cup, place one bag of Rooibos in a cup of cold water and microwave at maximum power for two minutes. Rooibos can be reheated without losing any flavour or becoming bitter.

Iced:
Add 1 teabag for every 250ml boiling water. Steep 10 minutes or more. For a stronger infusion steep overnight and/or add extra teabags. Remove teabags and chill. Serve with ice. Add honey or fruit juice to taste. Garnish with mint and/or a slice of fresh lemon.

Can Rooibos be used in cooking?

Absolutely! If you’re looking for some extra flavour in your cooking, Rooibos can be used as a base in stews or soups or even meat marinades.

How long do Herbiza's body scrubs and bath salts last?

When stored in a cool, dry place, our body scrubs and bath salts are best used within 6–12 months of opening for optimal freshness.

Does Herbiza's body scrubs contain preservatives?

We use minimal, skin-safe preservatives where necessary to maintain product integrity without compromising on natural quality.

Does Herbiza offer nationwide shipping in South Africa?
